We review site access, base-building constraints, service tie-ins, soil conditions, drainage, fire separations, code pathways, and operational continuity requirements. Once the concrete foundation cures, our crews erect the structural skeleton of the enclosure. Industrial enclosures use structural steel or heavy-gauge metal stud framing to support equipment loads, piping manifolds, cable tray, electrical switchgear, and service clearances.

Once the rough-in installations pass engineering and municipal inspections, we install the insulation. We use high-density batts, spray foam, or rigid board insulation to control the internal environment and support thermal consistency.

Next, we hang, tape, and finish the drywall where the design allows it. For facilities with strict hygiene requirements, such as food processing plants in Langley or pharmaceutical facilities in Surrey, we replace standard drywall with cleanroom panels or apply specialized washdown-safe hygienic coatings. These smooth, non-porous surfaces support cleaning procedures, chemical exposure requirements, and contamination-control programs.

We then mount internal equipment, including control panels, electrical distribution boards, mechanical fixtures, guards, supports, and access panels. We complete the phase with systematic commissioning to verify that HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems operate according to the design specifications.
